A digital file is a marketing tool designed to help the homeowner streamline the sale or rental procedure. The homeowner will be provided a link to the digital file which can then be used to advertise the property. The link can be used via Whatssapp, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and any other social media site allowing advertising. The link can also be added to email signatures.

The digital file includes 3 or 4 components depending on which plan is chosen. The Gold plan includes 10 high quality picture stills, a 3D virtual tour as well as a property details sheet. The Platinum plan also includes detailed floor plans.
